How do I reschedule a session?
You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the session time. Simply follow the 'Reschedule' link in your booking confirmation email to select a new slot that works for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations within the 48-hour window are non-refundable but may be eligible for credit toward a future booking.
Are the coaching sessions recorded?
Yes, all sessions can be recorded upon request. After our meeting, you will receive a secure link to the video file within 24 hours so you can review our discussion and key takeaways at your convenience.
How should I prepare for our first meeting?
Please ensure you have a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space. It also helps to have your current situation and specific career goals ready for review.
