About Kirill Goldin
For over thirty years I've led teams and delivered results inside large, complex organizations - through promotions and restructurings, acquisitions and mergers, breakthrough moments and the kind of setbacks that only make sense in hindsight.
I was born in Russia and built my early career in Israel, starting with a couple of startups, an IPO, and an international merger before joining Amdocs - my first experience inside a large organization. Moving to the United States opened the most significant chapter: Adobe, Autodesk, and Activision - three companies targeting completely different markets with completely different organizational cultures. Each one added new layers - more acquisitions, more international complexity, more situations where understanding the real game made the difference. Working closely with teams across China, India, and Eastern Europe added yet another dimension. Different markets, different cultures, different eras - but the underlying dynamics were remarkably consistent.
My experience is real because I was in the field operating - not watching from the sidelines in academia or reading about it in books. I've navigated the late-night decisions, the sudden management changes, the political moments that nobody documents, and the situations where understanding what was really happening made all the difference. Thirty years of firsthand pattern recognition - across every kind of organizational environment.
My role is specific. I want to help you see what's actually driving events around you - not the official explanation, the real one. Understand what's actually being measured. And avoid the mistakes I made when I didn't know either of those things. No judgment. No slogans. Just an honest conversation with someone who has navigated these dynamics from the inside — and can help you do the same more deliberately..
